| [back to contents] Valedictory Evening 2009 A very pleasant gathering of students, parents and teachers took place in St. Macartan's Cathedral to mark the end of this years Leaving Certificate group in Secondary School. It was also an oppurtunity to bid them farewell and wish them success in the future. This was followed by a social gathering, slide show and the presentation of awards to Senior Prefects, Nominees for Student of the Year and the Student of the Year. This event took place in the Hillgrove Hotel.
