St. Macartan's College Parents Association

The Parents Association was established in September 1996 when a general meeting of parents adopted the constitution which now governs its affairs. The Parents Association plays an important role in advising the Principal on matters relating to the school and is consulted on the draft on school policies. Its programmes of activities promotes the involvement of parents in the operation of the school. The committee liaise with the school to promote good relations between parents, students and the school.

The Parents Association is affiliated to the Congress of Catholic Secondary Schools Parents Associations.

The Parents Association is made up of two parents from each year group
